PACKAGE DESCRIPTIONS

BASIC

With a Basic Manning Motorsports Tent Space, you will be welcomed to come over and work with Manning Motorsports for the day at your Club Race Event.
While you are with us, you will receive the following:
-Kart and Engine Tuning guidance
-Data Analysis*
-Driver Coaching
-Trackside assistance for any failures
-1 free kart scaling***
* = You must provide your own MyChron 5 or newer, or Alfano 6 or newer to utilize this service completely. MyChron 4 is acceptable, but data cannot be interpreted as in depth as it can be with a newer tachometer. You are responsible for the battery life of your tachometer and the condition prior to arriving. We will not provide any discounts if your data collection is not functional, or you do not have one.
*** = Subject to scale availability. Our scales are on a "Waiting List" basis. If you would like to get on the scales, you will be asked to place your name on the list (if they are being used). Scales are limited to 30 minutes per scaling session. If you need the scales longer than 30 minutes with a waiting list, out of respect to our other customers, we will ask that you remove the kart so we can get the other karts on first, and then we can continue to scale your kart. Any time over 30 minutes using this package, you will be billed at $25 per half hour, billed at the start of each half hour.

ADVANCED
With the Advanced Manning Motorsports Tent Space, you will be welcomed to come over and work with Manning Motorsports for the day at your Club Race Event.
While you are with us, you will receive the following:
-Kart and Engine Tuning by a dedicated tuner*
-Data Analysis**
-Driver Coaching
-Backup Engine Access***
-Completed setup sheets after each run with analysis
-Access to all of Manning Motorsports tools
-Trackside assistance for any failures
-1 free kart scaling****
* = Subject to staff availability. If only 1 staff member is present, we will limit the amount of karts eligible for tent space to insure that you get the most attention possible through the course of the day. If we are unable to provide a 100% dedicated mechanic, we will provide you $50 off of your tent space rental.

*** = Subject to engine availability. We typically keep 1 race ready engine in stock during a race weekend, but cannot guarantee that we will have one available. If your engine has failure and there is no backup present, we will attempt to get your engine in working condition with the parts available to us that day. If your day is cut short due to engine failure, we will provide a discount based on what time your engine failed during the day.
