Manning Motorsports Ordering and Shipping Policy

All orders from Manning Motorsports, located in Pasadena, Maryland, are placed by in person, phone, email, or text message and are subject to fulfillment times and shipping policies as follows. Race-prepared, blueprinted engines require approximately 4 to 6 weeks for assembly and testing. Certain individual parts may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks depending on availability. We will notify you by email if any unexpected delays occur. Orders received after business hours on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Domestic shipments typically ship via UPS, with occasional use of FedEx or USPS, and shipping costs are calculated based on weight and carrier selection. While expedited services are offered, carriers no longer guarantee delivery within two days, and no shipping refunds will be issued for delayed packages. Manning Motorsports currently processes U.S. orders only; international customers should contact us directly for shipping quotes and invoices. International shipments are subject to all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by customs or government agencies in the destination country, and Manning Motorsports is not responsible for delays, confiscations, or additional charges. Risk transfers to the purchaser once the shipment reaches the destination country’s customs or postal service. Damage or loss occurring after shipment leaves our facility is not the responsibility of Manning Motorsports. Customers must document any damage and notify us immediately; claims will be handled with the carrier on the customer’s behalf, and direct claims to UPS are not permitted. USPS shipments carry no insurance or delivery guarantees, and all associated risks are assumed by the purchaser. Refused shipments will incur a 20% handling fee plus actual shipping costs, and undeliverable shipments due to incorrect addresses or customer unavailability will be subject to re-delivery fees.

Pricing errors may result in order cancellation and refund. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Maryland courts within one year of the claim arising. Harassment, impersonation, abusive or illegal content, and unauthorized advertising are prohibited, and such conduct may result in removal or blocking. While Manning Motorsports allows user-generated content, it does not endorse or assume responsibility for it but may remove content deemed inappropriate or unlawful. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manning Motorsports and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the site. This site may contain links to third-party websites, which are provided for convenience only; Manning Motorsports is not responsible for their content or practices, and you access them at your own risk.
